Article I
Name : The name of the Association shall
be KERALA LIBRARY ASSOCIATION
herein after reffered to as the Association.
Article II
Head Office : The Head Office of the Association
shall be situated at Trivandrum.
Until a permanent Office of its own is established
all correspondance
shall be addressed to the General Secretary
in the personal address.
